How to measure
Use a soft tape measure over base-layer clothing. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. For the most reliable fit, measure chest at the fullest point, waist at the natural waistline, and hips at the widest point.

Gloves
Glove sizing typically runs 7 (S) to 11 (2XL). Measure the circumference of your dominant hand around the knuckles, excluding the thumb, in inches — the result approximates your glove size.
Fit tips
- Waterproofs and insulated layers are often cut to fit over base and mid layers — no need to size up.
- Hi-vis polos and t-shirts run true to size for most brands.
- Safety boots benefit from being tried on with the socks you'll wear on site.
- If you're between sizes on trousers, size up and take up the leg length if needed.
