Delivery & Returns

We despatch from our Merthyr Tydfil warehouse using tracked UK couriers. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and sent the same day where stock allows; anything later goes out on the next working day. Standard delivery typically arrives 2–3 working days after despatch.

Standard tracked UK delivery is £5.95 per order. Orders over £75.00 are delivered free. Charges include VAT at 20% where applicable and are shown in your basket before you pay.

Once your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking reference. You can also view the status of any order from your A1 PPE account.

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of the goods reaching us. Full details, including the statutory 14-day cancellation right, are on our Returns Policy page.

For health-protection reasons, respiratory protection, in-ear hearing protection, underwear and base layers, and single-use disposables cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Personalised, printed or embroidered items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, email info@a1ppe.uk with your order number and a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right at no cost to you.
