Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses throughout mainland England, Scotland and Wales, plus Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isles of Scilly. Remote and offshore postcodes may take an extra working day. We do not currently ship outside the UK — for export enquiries please contact us.

• Standard UK delivery — £5.95, tracked, typically 2–3 working days from despatch.
• Free UK delivery on orders over £75.00 (order value including VAT, before any delivery charge).

The exact charge for your order is calculated in the basket and shown again at checkout before payment. All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and despatched the same day where stock allows. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are despatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

You will receive a despatch email with a tracking reference as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you have an account, every order and its current status is available under your account.

Pallet, multi-site and scheduled deliveries are arranged case by case and quoted separately from the standard rates above. Submit a bulk enquiry and our team will confirm lead times and carriage.

If your order has not arrived within three working days of the expected delivery date, email info@a1ppe.uk with your order number and we will raise it with the carrier. Please report parcels that arrive damaged within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging where possible.
